Everything is made here and sent from here. No drop-shipping, no warehouse in another country, no six-week wait while something crosses an ocean.
When it leaves
In stock. Sent within 2 business days. If it is on the shelf, it is genuinely on the shelf.
Made to order. Most pieces are printed when you order them, because we do not hold deep stock of anything. Allow 5 to 10 business days before it ships. Large pieces and hand-painted finishes sit at the longer end of that, because a 44-hour print does not care that you are waiting.
If something is going to take longer than the page said, you will hear it from us before you have to ask. That is the whole policy.
What it costs
Postage is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of the box. No flat rate, because a flat rate means somebody is always being overcharged to subsidise somebody else.
A note on the big pieces, because it surprises people. Couriers charge on cubic weight, not actual weight: length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 4000. A one-kilogram sculpture in a large box is billed as if it weighed thirty. That is why a 91cm piece costs more to send than a 30cm one that weighs almost the same, and it is also why we would rather hand some things to you in person.
Pickup and markets
Free. Choose pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time.
The larger pieces are pickup or market collection only for now. Sending a metre-tall sculpture across the country costs more than it is reasonable to ask anyone to pay, and we would rather tell you that than quietly build it into the price.

How it is packed
Boxed with the fragile parts braced. Horns, ears, tails and anything else that sticks out gets its own protection, because those are the parts that snap.
If it arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and get in touch. We will sort it out, see Returns & refunds.
International
Not yet. We would rather not take your money and then discover the freight costs more than the object.
If you are overseas and want something, say so. Enough requests from one country and we will work out how to do it properly.
